We accept Visa, Mastercard and Dinersclub cards.
Once you order products from our shop(except watches – see EFT) you will be directed to Virtual Card Services (VCS) – an online secure payment gateway and your credit card details will be requested for payment. (Products will only be delivered to the billing address when credit card is used for security purposes.)

Due to the fact that our watches are so well priced this is our preferred method of payment for watches but if you insist on paying by credit card, please ad 3% to the total price of the watch. Our banking details are as follows.

DEPOSITS
Luxlife might ask for a deposit if a product is ordered with high value. This deposit is non-refundable if the client chooses not to take the product for whatever reason.
Shipping
Shopping and deliveries for South Africa only
Luxlife delivers anywhere in South Africa with Ram Hand-to-Hand Couriers at a cost of R99 including V.A.T. and insurance or SAPO Counter-to-Counter for R49. Customers will be notified within 24Hrs when the product will be delivered. An order tracking number will also be issued so that all parcels can be tracked 24Hrs a day. From order placed and the funds cleared, we will ship your parcel for delivery within 2 – 5 working days. In an unlikely event that our stockists are out of stock, we will be in contact with you and give you the option to wait for the product or cancel the order and get refunded. Products will only be delivered to the billing address when credit card is used for security purposes. Products will not be shipped over a weekend.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of customers' receipt of product.ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED TO US IN BRAND NEW CONDITION WITH ALL PROTECTIVE PLASTICS/TAPE, HANGTAGS & ACCESSORIES INTACT. IF YOU BOUGHT A WATCH BE POSITIVE YOU WILL BE KEEPING THE WATCH, DO NOT WEAR IT. IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE FOR A WATCH TO BE WORN, EVEN FOR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME, AND FOR THE WATCH NOT TO BE BLEMISHED OR SCRATCHED IN ANY WAY. NOTE WE WILL CARRY THE FULL COSTS OF THE RETURN OF THE WATCH, IF THE PROBLEM IS REPORTED WITHIN 24HRS OF DELIVERY. A RE-STOCK CHARGE WILL BE LEVIED.
1.All returns must have a Return Authorization No. (RA#). Please call 082 726 9499 or 082 524 5006 prior to return for RA#. This number must be displayed on the outside of the box; this will expedite your return. A watch returned without authorization will be refused
2.Do not have the bracelet sized (links removed)(In case of a watch bought).
3.All products must be returned with original packaging, manuals, protective tape& hang tags etc.
4.Credit will be issued in the same form as payment received.
5.Returns must be shipped via RAM Hand-to-Hand Courier Services. Collectshipping will be refused. In case of loss or damages, customer is liable.
6.Once you have been issued a RA#, you must ship the watch back so that wereceive it within 7 days of us issuing the RA#.
7.We only accept returns when product is not in fully working order or wrong product. All products are checked for any damage whatsoever before shipment to client.
IMPORTANT - It is very hard for us to change/swop a watch that you have ordered from us if you don’t like it. If you see a watch on our site that you like, and have not seen it before, please go into a jewelry store and have a look at it there or contact us for viewing. We believe that the above conditions are reasonable, fair and quite simple to adhere to. If for some reason one or multiple conditions cannot be met, please call and we will try to help you as our valued customer.
