The Location -

The luxury Kingfisher and Fish Eagle picnic spots are private and surrounded by tall reeds and sheltered under an enclosed thatch Gazebo. The interiors are designed for romance with a comfortable double bed, cushioned flop spot. Gourmet picnic baskets are set up at a table under Caribbean umbrellas and can be enjoyed at the comfort of a laid table on a private stretch of river with abundant birdlife.

The Picnic -

You will enjoy a whole roasted honey glazed chicken, peppered rare roasted beef served with a sweet balsamic reduction and smoked salmon. Philadelphia and gorgonzola cheese drizzled with basil pesto and served with ciabbata. Seasonal fruit skewers and homemade potato salad. Tomato mozzarella and basil pesto salad, green herb salad with a meze of sun dried tomatoes, humus, feta and olives, honey coated baklava fingers and chocolate mousse cake with a amarula cream sauce.
