Payment Options
Once you have placed your order you can pay via Payfast, EFT or Credit Card. (See payment for watches at EFT below)

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Dinersclub cards.
Once you order products from our shop(except watches – see EFT) you will be directed to Virtual Card Services (VCS) – an online secure payment gateway and your credit card details will be requested for payment. (Products will only be delivered to the billing address when credit card is used for security purposes.)
EFT
Due to the fact that our watches are so well priced this is our preferred method of payment for watches but if you insist on paying by credit card, please ad 3% to the total price of the watch. Our banking details are as follows.

From order placed and the funds cleared, we will ship your parcel for delivery within 2 – 5 working days. In an unlikely event that our stockists are out of stock, we will be in contact with you and give you the option to wait for the product or cancel the order and get refunded. Products will only be delivered to the billing address when credit card is used for security purposes. Products will not be shipped over a weekend.
1.All returns must have a Return Authorization No. (RA#). Please call 082 726 9499 or 082 524 5006 prior to return for RA#. This number must be displayed on the outside of the box; this will expedite your return. A watch returned without authorization will be refused
2.Do not have the bracelet sized (links removed)(In case of a watch bought).
3.All products must be returned with original packaging, manuals, protective tape& hang tags etc.
4.Credit will be issued in the same form as payment received.
5.Returns must be shipped via RAM Hand-to-Hand Courier Services. Collectshipping will be refused. In case of loss or damages, customer is liable.
6.Once you have been issued a RA#, you must ship the watch back so that wereceive it within 7 days of us issuing the RA#.
7.We only accept returns when product is not in fully working order or wrong product. All products are checked for any damage whatsoever before shipment to client.
IMPORTANT - It is very hard for us to change/swop a watch that you have ordered from us if you don’t like it. If you see a watch on our site that you like, and have not seen it before, please go into a jewelry store and have a look at it there or contact us for viewing. We believe that the above conditions are reasonable, fair and quite simple to adhere to. If for some reason one or multiple conditions cannot be met, please call and we will try to help you as our valued customer.

Luxlife is a safe and secure website and is legally committed to protecting all your transactions and information. Your credit card details and personal information will NEVER be disclosed to any third parties, unless obliged to do so by law. Please bear in mind, as a customer; you also have certain legal obligations, similar to any other shopping experience.
Tips for safe online shopping:
Never respond to emails asking you to "confirm" recent transactions after you shop.
Make sure all of your security software is up-to-date before you do your online shopping. That includes anti-virus software, anti-spyware software, and firewalls.
Always make sure that you have entered secure pages when filling in your credit card details. Lookout for a small yellow lock commonly seen at the bottom right of your browser.
Always sign out after you have shopped online.
